Approval of Engaged Services - Actuarial Services
Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the actuarial services of Nyhart for the 2016 calendar year to provide Medicare Part D administrative services at a proposed annual compensation fee of $8,050 with additional monthly administrative fees as presented in Attachment No. 11.

Approval of Engaged Services – Employee Benefit Consultant
Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the employee benefit consultant services of Lohman Insurance Companies for 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 (a three-year agreement) at a proposed net annual fee of $21,500, $22,000 and $22,500 consecutively as shown in Attachment No. 12.
