Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the actions contained in the Consent Agenda as presented.

Amended Budget for Fiscal Year 2013-2014  -  Dave McDermott

Recommended Motion:  that the Board of Education receive the amended budget for the 2013-2014 fiscal year, place the amended budget on public display, set April 14, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. as the date and time of public hearing on the amended budget, and publish the required notice of the public hearing to be held at the Coolidge Professional Development Room, 3430 Avenue of the Cities, Moline, Illinois.  See Attachment No. 15.

Presentation of Hamilton Elementary School Addition and Renovation Project Information

Recommended Motion:  that the Board of Education approve the release of the completed Hamilton Elementary School Addition and Renovation Project documents for bidding purposes.

Motion for Consideration  -  Ben McAdams

Recommended Motion:  that the Board of Education consider that all contracts, construction, engineering, architectural design, and other aspects related to the proposed addition to Hamilton Elementary School be placed on hold (abated) until the results of a November 3, 2014 petition referendum are known.
