Recommended Motion:  that the Board of Education accept and award the contracts for Telecommunication Services and Internal Connections to the lowest qualified proposers, according to specifications, as presented.

This recommendation is contingent upon Universal Services Administrative Company School and Libraries Division "E"-rate discount of 64 percent.
