Description:
The Board will go into Closed Executive Session to discuss employment, compensation, lawfully closed executive minutes, pending litigation, and performance of specific employees of the public body, pursuant to Section 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1); Section 2(c)(8) of the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(8) security procedures, school building safety and security, to respond to an action, a threatened, or a reasonably potential danger to the safety of employees, students, staff, or public property; and, Section 2(c)(10) of the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(10) relating to an individual student.
