VIII. Closed Session
Description:
The Board will go into Closed Executive Session to discuss employment, compensation, pending litigation, and performance of specific employees of the public body, pursuant to Section 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) and Section 2(c)8 security procedures, school building safety and security, and the use of personnel and equipment to respond to an action, a threatened, or a reasonably potential danger to the safety of employees, students, staff, or public property.
