Description:
Board Members should note in the executive summary that administration is proposing to withhold funds, and not spend all of our allocated dollars. Administration feels that this is wise due to the potential cash flow problems which may occur due to the COVID-19 crisis. As the national and state financial picture becomes clear, other projects on the attached spreadsheet could be prioritized and completed.

4. School Perceptions Survey and Potential 2020-2021 Referendum

5. 2021 Minnesota Kindergarten Conference
Description:
With the cancellation of the 2020 MN Kindergarten Conference that was to be hosted at JPS, Steph Olstad and Ariane Jensen are requesting permission to host the conference in 2021. The proposed dates of the conference are April 30 - May 1, 2021. If approved, the current 20-21 district calendar will need to be revised to make Friday April 30th a non-instructional day.
