4. Valedictorian Discussion
Description:
Jeff Vizenor, Robin Whiteside, and Chelsey Meyer will be present to discuss valedictorian designation in our district. They've requested information from other districts and we've attached the feedback received as of Wednesday, November 22nd.

5. Student School Board Member Progress Update
Description:
The Policy Committee will be discussing this item prior to the Workshop. Progress on the policy will be discussed at the workshop. In addition, if additional information about the possible candidates is known, it will be shared at this time.

6. CERC and Enrichment Coordinator Job Description
Description:
Typically job descriptions are included for review and action when a new employee is hired. Unfortunately, this wasn't added to the Special Meeting agenda prior to release last Wednesday and since it is a Special Meeting, agenda items can't be added to it. We'll review this job description at tonight's Work Session and it will be on as an Action Item at the Regular December Meeting.
