5. Property Purchase Update
Description:
Just an update/reminder per our purchase agreement that our earnest money of $10,250 will be released to the seller after 10/31/16. I will ask Steve Pumper to present to the full Board at our November Workshop about financing options (2 options available). We will discuss pros and cons of those options and make a decision so we can prepare for closing in January.
