1.1. 721: Uniform Grant Guidance Policy Regarding Federal Revenue Sources
Description:
This is a mandatory policy.

2. Policies to Review Annually
Description:
Many of these were recently board approved, but have had MSBA changes since then. I also wanted to get on a uniform schedule of reviewing these on a yearly basis.

2.1. 410: Family and Medical Leave Policy
Description:
MSBA Change: Adds definition of “spouse.”
|
|
2.2. 413: Harassment and Violence (with Form)
Description:
MSBA Change: Adds “gender” to the list of protected categories.
|

2.3. 414: Mandated Reporting of Child Neglect and Abuse
Description:
MSBA Change: Amends the definition of “physical abuse,” adds a definition of “report,” and amends
the first of the reporting procedures. |

2.4. 415: Mandated Reporting of Maltreatment of Vulnerable Adults
Description:
MSBA Change: Amends the definition of “vulnerable adult,” amends the first of the reporting
procedures, and makes minor grammatical corrections. |

Description:
MSBA Change: Additions required because of the medical cannabis legislation.
