1. 2016 Retiree Recognition
Description:
Our district will be recognizing 4 retirees this school year. They are Middle School Principal Lance Chambers, Kindergarten Teacher Mary Clawson, 5th Grade Teacher Joan Dresow, and High School Principal Barb McNulty.

3. BoardBook Updates
Description:
There are two updates that have been made to Boardbook. The first is an expanded list of files which can be converted and uploaded as PDF's. The second is a training section on the website. However, this is not available in Minnesota yet.
Beginning in June 2016, BoardBook will be teaming up with an iPad programmer to develop a BoardBook iPad App. They are looking for board members who would be interested in providing ideas and feedback during the process. If you are interested, please contact Tim Curtis at Tim.Curtis@BoardBook.org.

4. Proposed Administrative Assignments and Adjustments
Description:
Overview:
Discussion on proposed job descriptions for the AD/MS AP or Dean position and Curriculum and Testing Coordinator/Elementary AP positions. The proposed job descriptions would allow for re-distribution of job duties and some title adjustments. I would propose paying the AD/MS AP and Curriculum and Testing Coordinator/AP the same amount. Benefits would include the following: 1. Consistent coverage and support at all three buildings, especially when the principals may be out of the buildings 2. Increased ability to observe certified teaching staff members and improving our Teacher Development and Evaluation model compliance 3. Ability to remove supervision and attendance duties from counselors and social workers, thus allowing more time to be spent serving kids with mental health issues 4. Improved accountability of programs such as truancy diversion and PBIS support |

5. Chemical Dependency Counselor
Description:
Discuss the job description and our financial commitment in cooperation with New Prague. We have $27,000 allocated from Scott Family Net for this position.
