1. SOAR Program Visit: Meet at 5:15
Description:
The Board will travel to Belle Plaine to tour the SOAR program classroom. Please meet at 5:15 in the HS Parking lot to car pool to Belle Plaine.

2. JES School of Excellence Process 6:30 PM - 6:45 PM
Description:
Presentation on the Process to Apply for School of Excellence Status. Melissa and Carol will also assist the Board in answering the first question on the survey. The Board will be asked to complete the survey.

3. Review Strategic Roadmap and Plan to Fulfill Communication Plan
Description:
A Monthly Calendar will be shared regarding the topics and presenters for upcoming workshops. Presentations will be based on the Strategic Plan and will focus on fulfilling our Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Strategic Directions.
