3. General Middle School Construction Progress Update

4. Middle School / CERC FF&E Update
Description:
On Friday February 13th, 2015 the FF&E Team viewed products from DLR Group, Steelcase, Haworth, and General Office Products. Attached are the student seating products that were preferred and will be studied for potential purchase. Several chair and desk combinations will be brought to Jordan for review by grades 5-7. Student and teacher feedback, along with budget coordination will help make the decisions on which items to purchase. More information will be shared at the work session.

5. Middle School Registration Update
Description:
Discuss the progress of registration so far along with feedback about Spanish as an elective vs. class for credit.

6. Alarm/Scheduling Parameters for the HS and new MS/CERC
Description:

The District is receiving numerous false alarms from our HS building. Often, one of our designated staff members receives a call late at night, early in the morning, and on weekends. In addition, the police department often responds to these false alarms. In an effort to stress the importance of following our Facility Use Agreement form and to ensure that the established alarm procedures are followed, our administrative team and I are proposing a fine of $50.00 for each violation if the alarm procedures and Facility Use Agreement is not followed. We will be asking for your input and thoughts on this proposed solution. |
7. SHIP (Statewide Health Improvement Plan) Mini-Grant Update
