Stephen will provide updates on the attached topics.

5.1. Phone System
Description:
The phone system is at the end of life. The head end exists at the MS building which is highly vulnerable to failure due to age and the impending construction project. If the head end goes down, we will lose service at all buildings. Stephen and I are recommending that we purchase a new VOIP system through Frontier. All buildings would function as their own entity even if one building has an issue. We are proposing using Fund 6 Construction dollars to accomplish this as our first FFE purchase. We have discussed this with our construction partners in regard to our FFE budget.
