1. Auditor Report
Description:
Auditor presentation to full board regarding the FY 13 audit which was recently conducted. The report will be attached when we receive it from Clifton Larson Allen. Attached is a draft from Clifton Larson Allen. Final copies will be provided at the work session and are subject to final changes.

2. Southwest Metro Update - ABE, JAF, CCJ
Description:
Matt will share information about SW Metro Ed Cooperative Programming. SW Metro is managing the JAF and CCJ programs for Jordan and Eastern Carver County respectively.

3. Adaptive Sports
Description:
Chad Williams will share information regarding the exploration of working with New Prague, Belle Plaine, and TCU schools to provide adaptive sport possibilities for students with unique or special needs. Chad has gathered the financial data and it is attached.

4. Field Maintenance and Options
Description:
Introduce the need to address athletic fields. Jeff and Matt will share information about study that is being done to gather cost and logistical information regarding field usage and space. There is a need to address our stadium field and its condition.

5. Food Service Director
Description:
Matt will begin the conversation about having Ms. Cheryl Schmeig focus specifically on food service director responsibilities. This would allow Ms. Scheig to focus on menu planning, purchasing, supervising, and evaluating. In addition, Cheryl would be able to focus on the nutrition requirements associated with the fsd position. Attached are ideas from Chef Marshall concerning a potential new job description.
