Attached please find the tentative 2026 Certificate of Tax Levy. The county is predicting that our equalized assessed value will increase from $1,466,661,882 in 2025 to $1,592,809,563. This is a 8.60% total increase from the previous year, including new construction. They are projecting our new construction to be $11,113,964 which is an increase of $7.8 million over last year. This year, we are not requesting more than 5% for our levy, so a public hearing is not required.
