3. Consortium for Interdistrict Collaboration (CIC) Discussion
The Consortium for Interdistrict Collaboration (CIC) is a group of educators from neighboring North Shore districts who will discuss and explore instructional practices that make districts high-performing. Dr. Marty Brooks and Dr. Kaine Osburn are serving as CIC Visit Facilitators. The local consortium is being modeled after the Tri-State Consortium, an east coast collaboration that began working together in the 1990s. In its inaugural year, each district has trained a heterogenous team of approximately 8-12 people (teachers, specialists, coaches, admin) representative of its school system.
