7.I) January 2026 Policy 4:60 Purchasing Approvals

• Pedia Staff - Contracted Occupational Therapist for Hadley and Homer Jr. High for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year - approximately $53,550.00
• Blazerworks - Contracted LBS1 (Special Education) teacher at Homer Jr. High for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year - approximately $58,000.00
• Paddock Enterprises, Inc - Materials and labor to repair the bleachers at Hadley Middle School and install new backboards and hardware in the Hadley Middle School multipurpose room - $13,900.00
• American Building Services - Materials and labor to replace the interior main entrance vestibule doors at Homer Jr. High and install new hardware on the existing door into courtyard one, and also replace the exterior main entrance doors at Hadley Middle School - $16,035.85

7.J)  Recommendation that the Board approve a resolution directing the Assistant Superintendent for Business to set the fiscal year, prepare the FY27 budget, and make expenditures for FY27 in amounts up to 75% of the FY26 expenditure budget.
