7.A) Recommendation to approve the amended Memorandum of Understanding between Homer Community Consolidated School District 33-C and the Homer District 33-C Support Staff Council regarding a one-time retirement incentive for eligible employees (2020-2021)

7.B) Recommendation to accept the retirement of the following individuals subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of the District's one-time IMRF retirement incentive program and to approve the separation agreement with said employees, effective June 30, 2021:

7.C) Recommendation to approve the Memorandum of Understanding - The Board of Education of Homer CCSD 33-C ("Board") and the Homer Distrct 33-C Support Staff Council of the American Federation of Teachers, Local 604 ("Union") have discussed a plan for current District nurses to pursue additional education to become certified school nurses, and for the District to provide tuition reimbursement for this purpose.

7.D) Recommendation to approve the Memorandum of Understanding - The Board of Education of Homer CCSD 33C ("District") and the Homer District 33C Council of the American Federation of Teachers, Local 604 ("Union"), have reached an understanding with respect to teacher performance evaluations for the 2020-2021 school year.
