I. Topic of Discussion
At the August 13 Policy Committee meeting, the committee discussed Board Policy 4:180 Pandemic Preparedness and asked that clarification be sought regarding the board's adoption of a plan. Attorney Ray Hauser has provided guidance to the committe's question and is included in the packet. In addition, the committee will review and discuss additional policy revisions to bring before the Board for adoption at the October 22 governing meeting.
