Pursuant to IL Open Meetings Act: 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1): The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the district to determine its validity. 

3. Human Resources: Employments, Employment Changes, Leaves of Absence, Resignations, Retirements, Extracurricular Assignments/Changes

3.a. Approve: Principals, Assistant Principals, and Director of Student Services will Maintain an Ongoing Two Year Contract Providing that their Employment Evaluation is Proficient  in Year Two of the of the Evaluation Cycle.

3.b. Approve: Assistent Superintendent Paid Family Health Benefits

4. Approve: District Director of Curriculum and Technology 4 Year Contract Extension through 2029-2030 with a 6% Increase for the last four years.
