Persons desiring to address the Board of Trustees must fill out a speaker's card and submit it to the Administrative Assistant to the Board prior to the meeting.  During Special meetings or Board Workshops, public comment is limited to agenda items only. No presentation shall exceed three minutes. The Board cannot deliberate on any subject matter that is not included on the agenda.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.071, Private Consultation with Board's attorney about: (1) pending or contemplated litigation; (2) a settlement offer; or (3) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter 

IV.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.0821, deliberation regarding a public school student matter if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation
