Persons desiring to address the Board of Trustees must fill out a speaker's card and submit it to the Administrative Assistant to the Board prior to the meeting.  During Special meetings or Board Workshops, public comment is limited to agenda items only. No presentation shall exceed three minutes. The Board cannot deliberate on any subject matter that is not included on the agenda.

IV.A. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer and/or employee

IV.B. Pursuant to  Texas Government Code, Section 551.0821, deliberation regarding a public school student matter if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation

IV.C. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code

IV.C.II. Pursuant with Board Policy FNG (LOCAL), conduct a hearing regarding the Level IV appeal filed by Mr. Peter Graham

IV.C.III. Deliberation and consultation with the Board’s attorney, regarding the Level IV appeal filed by Mr. Peter Graham
