Discuss and consider possible action to select Corgan architectural firm for the 2016 bond projects on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform the services for a fair and reasonable price, authorize the Superintendent or designee to attempt to negotiate a contract with Corgan pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2254, and present the final contract to the Board of Trustees for consideration
