Request approval to hire the following teachers for the positions as New Teacher Orientation Assistants at the excess time pay rate in accordance with the collectively bargained agreement:

Request approval to hire Kyle Exline for the position as Head Boys and Girls Volleyball Coach for the 2013-2014 school year pending successful completion of background check, drug test, TB screen and ASEP certification.

Request approval to hire Scott Lee for the position as Assistant Boys Bowling Coach for the 2013-2014 school year pending successful completion of background check, drug test, TB screen and ASEP certification. 

Request approval to hire Ryan Malloy for the position as Assistant Basketball Coach for the 2013-2014 school year pending successful completion of background check. drug test, TB screen and ASEP certification.

Request approval to hire Erica Swanson for the position as Sophomore Class Board Sponsor for the 2013-2014 school year.  Ms. Swanson's stipend will be $1,427.73

Request retroactive approval for Chicago Fire to use Pyrz Memorial Stadium for games and practices on Monday, June 8, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.  The organization will be charged $300 for rental (3 hrs. @$100 per hr.) and $131.55 for security (3 hrs. @ $43.85 per hr.)   A current certificate of insurance is on file in the Activities Office.
