Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approve the Adult, Guest, and Pre-School meal prices for the 2026-2027 at this time as follows: Adults and Guests: Breakfast $2.70/meal; Lunch $5.25/meal. Pre-School Lunch: $3.20/meal.
Discussion:
This is a 20 cent increase from 2025-2026 meal prices for adults, guests, and for pre-school students who are also enrolled in extended care that choose to eat the school meal. The Minnesota Free Lunch program does not cover pre-school age students; only students enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 12. The required minimum meal price calculation is based on the state and federal reimbursement rates plus the national average per meal value of U.S. Department of Agriculture Foods, rounded up to the nearest five cents. |

Be it Resolved the ISD 0640 Board of Education approve paying Homework Recovery supervisors on Thursdays for 1 hour after school at the rate of $30 per teacher per session.
Discussion:
The rationale is to have 1 or 2 teachers supervise to spread out students. This will help students be more productive during that time and reduce student behaviors. This will cost a total of up to $1860 for the year.
