Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approve the recommendation made by Superintendent Fulton to forgive 1 student day from the 2025-2026 school day calendar because of the snow day used January 23, 2026. The Wabasso Education Association (WEA), Confidential and Supervisory Employees (CSE), and the Student Support Employee Groups will all follow contract language in regards to this snow day.

Discussion:
This Policy was revised by MSBA at the end of February 2026 and the updated Policy needs to be approved at this time. The attached shows the revisions made in red. This is Policy update is exempt from the regular 3 meeting review requirement and can be approved at first review.

Any afternoon class instruction time during the month will be submitted in addition to the morning hours.
