Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approves the Adult and Guest Meal prices as follows: Breakfast $2.50 per meal and Lunch $5.05 per meal.
Discussion:
In July we approved the 2024-2025 minimum meal prices according to School Nutrition Program and noted that an adjustment would need to be made in the future when the 2025-2026 rates were set. |

FORM AND DETAILS OF SUCH BONDS; AUTHORIZING THE
ISSUANCE, EXECUTION, DELIVERY AND REGISTRATION OF SUCH
BONDS; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF AND THE SECURITY
FOR SUCH BONDS; AND AUTHORIZING AND RATIFYING CERTAIN

WHEREAS, Independent School District 0640 Wabasso Public School recognizes the importance
of public education in our community; and
WHEREAS, ISD 0640 Wabasso Public School appreciates the vital role played by those individuals who, as local school board members, establish policies to ensure an efficient, effective school system; and
WHEREAS, school board members serve as a voice that enables our community to preserve local management and control of our public schools; and
WHEREAS, school board members are charged with representing our local education interests to state and federal governments and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws; and
WHEREAS, school board members selflessly devote their knowledge, time and talents as
advocates for our schoolchildren;
WHEREAS, local school board members are strong advocates for public education and
responsible for communicating the needs of the school district to the public and the public's
expectations to the district;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that
ISD 0640 Wabasso Public School recognizes and salutes the members of the ISD 0640 School Board by proclaiming
September 2025 as School Board Recognition Month.

Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approve the ISD 640 Advertising Agreements as follows: Streaming Advertising is a 1 year commitment for $75 per year. Video Board Advertising (includes both gym and football boards) is a 1 year commitment for $200 per year. The District has the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any advertisement at our discretion at any time for any reason with or without cause
