Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approve the change in times for the Professional Learning Development, due to the CAREIALL Training for the Read Act on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 and Wednesday, May 21, 2025 to be held from 7:30a.m. - 9:30a.m., with school moving to a 2 hour late start on these dates. Students will still be able to arrive at school at 7:45 a.m. as usual on late start dates and will remain in supervised areas until school starts

CAREIALL stands for Center for Applied Research and Educational Improvement Advancing Language and Literacy, which is a virtual, comprehensive professional development course created by University of Minnesota team of internal and external literacy experts, and designed to support educators in operationalizing the science of reading in their classrooms.
