Dr. Humphries, Superintendent, will call the meeting to order and the Secretary will call the roll. |

IV. Election of President of the Board of Education
Description:
1. Nominations are in order for the Office of the President.

V. Election of Vice President of the Board of Education
Description:
1. Nominations are in order for the Office of the Vice President.

VI. Executive Session
Description:
The selection of a person to fill a public office, as defined in the Open Meetings Act, including a vacancy in a public office, when the public body is given power to appoint under law or ordinance, or the discipline, performance or removal of the occupant of a public office, when the public body is given power to remove the occupant under law or ordinance. 5ILCS 120/2(c)(3).

IX. Oath of Office for new member
Description:

X. Appointment of Secretary of the Board of Education
Description:
1. It should be recommended, and voted upon, that May Turner be reappointed to the position of Secretary of the Board of Education.

XI. Appointment of Treasurer of the Board of Education
Description:
1. It should be recommended, and voted upon, that Dr. Kristin Humphries be reappointed to serve as School Treasurer of the Board of Education.

XII. Establishment of Regular Meeting Dates and Places
Description:
1. The recommendation of the Administration is to leave the Board Meetings as currently scheduled, on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The following schedule will be in effect for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year.
a. May 24, 2021, at the Administration Building and also via Zoom. b. June 21, 2021, at the Administration Building and also via Zoom. |
