2.A. Addressing the School Board: A public speaker must sign up in person before 3:00pm the day of the meeting. All handouts/presentations must be delivered at this time and will not be allowed during the meeting. A speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes to make comments. The Board shall not answer questions and shall not deliberate or decide regarding any subject. Board policy prohibits the discussion of complaints against district employees and/or students during public comment. Public comment shall be limited to items on the agenda posted with notice of the meeting. (BED(Local))
