1. CALL TO ORDER

2. CLOSED SESSION (TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE 551)

2.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to seek and receive legal advice concerning the procedures for public hearing on petition requesting detachment and annexation.

3. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION

3.A. Public Hearing To Consider Petition Requesting Detachment of Property from Cleburne ISD and Annexation To Godley ISD.

4. CLOSED MEETING

4.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to seek and receive legal advice and deliberate the issues concerning the petition requesting detachment and annexation.

5.A. Consider and Take Action on Petition Requesting Detachment of Property from Cleburne ISD and Annexation to Godley ISD.

6. CLOSED MEETING (TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE 551)

6.A. Level III Employee Grievance Hearing
(i) Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, regarding legal and procedural issues related to the Level III grievance.
(ii) Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including to conduct a hearing for a Level III complaint against a District officer or employee and deliberations concerning the complaint.
(iii) Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.082, which does not require a school board to conduct an open meeting to deliberate in a case in which a complaint or charge is brought against an employee of the school district by another employee and the complaint or charge directly results in a need for a hearing.

7. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION

7.A. Action, if any, on the Level III Employee Grievance Hearing.
