Conduct a public hearing for the issuance of School Fire Prevention and Safety Bonds for the purpose of conforming the District's existing facilities that house students to the building code promulgated by the State Board of Education of the State of Illinois, by altering, reconstructing, and repairing said facilities and having equipment purchased and installed therein.
