1. Illinois Freedom of Information Act Requests: 1. One FOIA request was received from Oshea Smith of Sunlight-record.com requesting copies of the most recent contracts, agreements, amendments and renewals by the District from January 1, 2021 through January 29, 2026 in connection with testing, assessment and textbook resource adoption and purchases from a list of specific vendors. Mr. Swick replied to the request with copies of purchase orders and agreements from those vendors, as well as copies or renewals and contracts through January 29, 2026.

Description: Mr. Feeney recommends that you approve the Wilmington School District Technology Handbook for the 2026-2027 school year.

VIII.F. Approve Memorandum of Understanding with Will County Regional Office of Education

Description: Mr. Feeney supports Mr. Swick's recommendation to approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Regional Office of Education for the "WillBeReady" School Mutual Aid Network Agreement.

VIII.G. Approve Transportation Services Bid

Description: Mr. Feeney recommends that you approve the lowest responsible bid and alternate bid A for transportation services from Yellow Bus Group of America for transportation services for the 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 school years.
