The October 26, 2020 Effingham Unit #40 Board of Education meeting will be altered in accordance with Executive Orders 2020-07 and 2020-10. Steps taken include:
The Board of Education meeting will be held at the Unit #40 Board Office at 2803 S. Banker St., Effingham, IL at 6:00 p.m.

- Board members may attend the meeting either in person or by electronic/phone communication (per Executive Order 2020-07).
- A limited number of the general public will be permitted to attend the Unit #40 Board of Education meeting. Instead, the Unit #40 board meeting will be streamed live on Youtube. Please use the following links to access the meeting:

- (In order to comply with social distancing protocol, the Board of Education will stay in the meeting room to conduct the closed session meeting. - Individuals who wish to participate during the Public Comment portion of the meeting can do so by emailing your public comments to doanm@unit40.org by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2020. A District administrator in attendance at the meeting will read your comments to the board members attending in person or electronically.
