September 15, 2020 at 5:00 PM - Special Meeting
The September 15, 2020 Effingham Unit #40 Special Board of Education meeting will be altered in accordance with Executive Orders 2020-07 and 2020-10. Steps taken will include:
· The Board of Education meeting will be held at the Unit #40 Board Office at 2803 S. Banker St., Effingham, IL at 5:00 p.m.
· Board members may attend the meeting either in person or by electronic/phone communication (per Executive Order 2020-07).
· A limited number of the general public will be permitted to attend the Unit #40 Board of Education meeting (maximum number to be limited by social distancing guidelines).
· Individuals who wish to participate during the Public Comment portion of the meeting can do so by emailing your public comments to doanm@unit40.org by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. A District administrator in attendance at the meeting will read your comments to the board members attending in person or electronically.
