July 9, 2020 at 5:30 PM - Special Board of Education Meeting
Board members may attend the meeting either in person or by electronic/phone communication (per Executive Order 2020-07).
· A limited number of the general public will be permitted to attend the Unit #40 Board of Education meeting (maximum number to be limited by social distancing guidelines). The Unit #40 board meeting will be streamed live on Youtube. Please use the following links to access the meeting:

· Live stream following closed session: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppai3Lhq1HI (In order to comply with social distancing protocol, the Board of Education will stay in the meeting room to conduct the closed session meeting. The live stream will resume via this link once open session begins. Please click this link when the 1st open session ends. The video will automatically start playing when open session reconvenes.
· Individuals who wish to participate during the Public Comment portion of the meeting can do so by emailing your public comments to doanm@unit40.org by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2020. A District administrator in attendance at the meeting will read your comments to the board members attending in person or electronically.
