4.1. Accept Superintendent Wagner's resignation and release from current contract, effective June 30, 2026
|

4.2. Authorize Board Chair and Vice-Chair to enter into negotiations with Darren Kern to serve a one year term (July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027) as interim superintendent
|
|
4.3. Approve tentative plan for adjusted administrative staffing (i.e., filling the elementary principal role)
|
|
4.4. Approve a 30, 60, and 90-day transition plan
|
|
4.5. Schedule a meeting to approve the interim contract, should all parties reach agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached, this meeting could also serve as an opportunity for the board to develop an alternative plan
|
