Due to the current federal and state emergency declarations and guidance about limiting person-to-person contact due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, by action of the school board of Le Sueur-Henderson School District, all future meetings of the Le Sueur-Henderson School Board will be conducted in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 13D.021-Meetings by Telephone or Other Electronic Means- until further notice. 2) Due to the health pandemic, the school board has determined that it is not feasible for at least one board member, the superintendent, or the school district's legal counsel to be physically present at the regular meeting location. It is also not feasible for the public to attend at the regular meeting location due to the health pandemic. 3) In accordance with Minnesota Statutes 13D.021, members of the public are not permitted to attend this meeting due to the current health pandemic. 9.2.7. Consideration to Set Substitute Classified/Custodial Salary for the 2020-21 School Year
Description:
Substitute classified/custodial pay rate at 90% of base pay.
In the event the substitute would be a former employee, the rate of pay which the former employee was paid may be used, or $2.00 over the base pay whichever amount is less. Approval is Recommended. |

11.1. School Board General Election
Description:
This information is to assist in keeping the board informed regarding board elections.
There are three (3) open seats for four (4) year terms on the School Board. Filing dates are July 28, 2020 to August 11, 2020. Filing will close at 5:00 PM on August 11, 2020. The required Notice of Filing Dates was published in the Le Sueur County News and Henderson Independent on July 8, 2020. The notice has also been posted outside the district office, on the district website and on Facebook.

Description:
This seems like a good idea. Use of the logo should be board approved. There is no specific policy, but it seems to be a subject that should be board approved.
It would seem if we say yes, the other banks in town could also utilize the same. If we let one, we should approve all bank requests.
