5.1. "The Pantry"
Description:
Thanks to generous donations from the Le Sueur Rotary and other community organizations, LS-H now has a pantry available for middle and high school students. The purpose of creating The Pantry is to provide meals to students who may not otherwise have the financial means to get enough nutrition on the weekends. Additionally, the need for meals during a school day is also recognized and students may access food as needed to provide nutritional support for better learning. Donated school supplies and personal hygiene products are also available in The Pantry.

Description:
The calendar committee met on a number of occasions to create draft calendars and gather feedback from staff and families. The proposed calendar is a result of those collaborative efforts.

9.3. Consideration to modify agreement for services with 4 Point 0 School Services and terminate agreement for services June 30, 2017.

Description:
The District administration met with representatives from 4 Point 0 regarding the current contract set to expire after the 2017-18 school year. Through mutual agreement, parties have agreed to modify the agreement to terminate services on June 30, 2017. Le Sueur-Henderson is then permitted to enter into an alternative agreement to provide transportation services beginning July 1, 2017. Administration recommends approval.
