6.E. Approve the PBS Contracts for the SPSD ABA Proposal, for Supporting Students with ASD Key Points, for the Saginaw Positive Behavior Support, for Evidence-Based Practices, and the Michigan School Marketing.  At a total cost of $204,881 to be paid with General Funds.

6.F. Approve the purchase of the Plasma Table from MaverickCNC for SCC at a total cost of $37,641.00.  CTE County Millage will be used.

6.G. Approve the Success Academy Leases - Kinder Kare Renewal and Women of Colors Renewal.  Both lease agreements shall begin on September 1, 2023, and continue for one (1) year, through August 31, 2024.

6.H. Approve the December 2023 Human Resources/Labor Relations Report
