The Bond Team recommends awarding an Environmental Consulting Services contract to Nova on a basis of a lump sum twenty-six thousand three hundred seventy-five dollars ($26,375.00). This fee is for
the preconstruction phase service including Survey, Bid Document development and Abatement Contractor bidding and award. The recommendation of Nova is based on the following items: • Their proposed fees and reimbursable are competitive and fair with the current market. • They have an extensive portfolio of public works projects and a company history of successful projects. • Their staff workload is aligned with the rigors of the schedule demanded by this program.
