Description:
Board of Education approval is needed to purchase and install 18 pre-bid SMART 75" Interactive flat Panels, to include warranty, wall mounts, and cable for Madison High School use using ESSER III funds from VSC in the amount of $63,180. These technology upgrades will improve instruction in the classroom. |
3.F. Approval of the Technology Purchase of 26 SMART 75" Interactive Flat Panels for Madison Elementary School in the amount of $92,040.00 using ESSER III Funds
Description:
Board of Education approval is needed to purchase and install 26 pre-bid SMART 75" Interactive flat Panels, to include warranty, wall mounts, and cable for Madison Elementary use using ESSER III funds from VSC in the amount of $92,040. These technology upgrades will improve instruction in the classroom.

3.G. Approval of McGraw Hill Math Curriculum chosen through RFP Bid for Madison High School in the amount of $61,401.84 to be paid using ESSER III Funding
Description:
Board of Education approval is needed for the attached math curriculum for Madison High School. A bid/RFP was recently solicited for math curriculum. The response from McGraw Hill was the bidder chosen for the Math RFP. This curriculum will be paid for using Esser III funding in the amount of
$61,401.84. |
3.H. Approval of Summer School Rates
Description:
Board of Education approval is needed to pay staff for the Summer School Program. Teachers will be paid at a rate of $35 per hour, paraprofessionals will be paid at a rate of $20 per hour and administrators will be paid at $50.00 per hour to support the summer school program. With the exception of summer school administration cost, summer school will be funded using the Title I or other grant funding i.e. Esser III. |
3.I. Approval of Emergency Plumbing Cost $12,608.65
Description:
Board of Education approval is needed to pay the cost of an emergency plumbing repair at the high school in the amount of $12,08.65. The shut off valve that controlled water to the drinking fountains broke off spreading water everywhere and had to be repaired to stop flooding. |
3.J. Approval of Security Door Access Control for Receiving Doors at Wilkinson Middle School and Madison High School for the cost of $8,619.00
Description:
Board of Education approval is needed to purchase and install access door replacements for Madison High School and Wilkinson Middle School. These replacements will improve the safety access for these buildings. Access replacements will be purchased from C.E. Door & H for an estimated cost of $8,619 and will be paid for using ESSER III funding.

3.K. Approval of Emergency Door Repairs for Madison Elementary School, Wilkinson Middle School, and Madison High School in the amount of $7,660.00 to be reimbursed through ESSER III Funding
Description:
Board of Education approval is needed for emergency door repairs that had to be made to secure the buildings. Emergency repairs to the doors were completed by CE Doors. It was reported and discovered repairs needed to properly lock facilities for the Administrative building, Wilkinson, Madison High School, Madison Early Childhood Center, and Madison Elementary School. Repairs will be paid for using ESSER III funding.

3.L. Approval of Door Access Control & Replacements for the Administrative Building, Wilkinson Middle School, Madison High School and Madison Early Childhood Center in the amount of $29,892.00 to be reimbursed from ESSER III Funding
Description:
Board of Education approval is needed for door access control & replacements needed to secure the buildings. CE Doors is the vendor. It was reported and discovered door replacements were needed to properly lock facilities for the Administrative building, Wilkinson, Madison High School, and Madison Early Childhood Center. Access control & replacements will be reimbursed from ESSER III in the amount of $29,892.

Tier 1: School-wide supports identified in needs assessment Tier 2: Targeted Programs per caseload - more small groups
