II.A. Meadowview Remodel Architectural Agreement: Tina Monroe, Executive Director of Finance & Operations, is requesting that the Board authorize the Superintendent to execute an agreement with Kingscott Associates for architectural engineering services in an amount not to exceed $54,500 to complete the Meadowview remodel which completes the 2018 Bond Project. Project is anticipated to be completed in August 2020.

II.B. Meadowview Furnishings Quote: Tina Monroe, Executive Director of Finance and Operations, is requesting that the Board award West Michigan Office Interiors (WMOI) the Meadowview Furnishings bid for an amount not to exceed $34,147.37. Furnishings are to be installed in August 2020. As per the Board decision in September 2018, WMOI was selected to be the sole source supplier of office furnishings for the District in order to remain consistent throughout the District.

II.C. Meadowview Remodel Quote:  Tina Monroe, Executive Director of Finance and Operations, is requesting that the Board award the Meadowview Remodeling project to CSM Group in an amount not to exceed $848,809. The project is to be completed in August 2020.

II.D. Dean Transportation Contract Amendment: Tina Monroe, Executive Director of Finance and Operations, is requesting that the Board authorize the Superintendent to execute the contract amendment with Dean Transportation. Due to Dean Transportation's concerns for retaining employees while there is a shortage of bus drivers, Dean has proposed that the District continue to fund transportation as if school were in session during the time frame outlined in Executive Order 2020-11. The Letter of Understanding covers the time frame of March 16, 2020 through April 5, 2020 at an estimated cost of $150,000.

III.A. COVID-19 Update: Cindy Anderson, Superintendent, will provide the Board with an update on district operations and contingency planning underway to address guidance from MDE and Governor's Executive Orders in various areas.
