Set Monday, June 20, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. for a public hearing on the following 2022-23 budgets:
  • General Fund Budget
  • Special Education Fund Budget
  • School Lunch Fund Budget

  • School Activity Fund
Approve a contract with Pruitts Construction LLC in the amount of $23,093 to replace the ceiling grid and ceiling tiles in the hallways at the Lakeshore Learning Center.
Approve a FY 2022-23 purchase of a John Deere 1025R Sub-Compact Utility Tractor through MiDeal for $31,975.44.
Approve a one-year contract renewal with Chartwells as the Food Service Management Company to provide school meals for Wesley and the Transition Campus for the 2022-23 school year with an effective date of July 1, 2022.
Approve the contract for TRAILS Tier 2 “Coaches” Training in the amount of $85,000.
 Approve the Cornell University Agreement Train the Trainer and a Refresher Training.
Approve the Unique Learning Systems curriculum for the school years 2022-23, 
2023-24, and 2024-25, for 10 classes at Wesley School.
Approve the revision to the MAISD Common Calendar for 2022-2027, changing the winter break for 2022-2023 as follows:

Approve the Career Tech Center Calendar for 2022-2023.
Approve the 2022-2023 Early On/MMSE Calendar.
Approve the FY 2022 Head Start/Early Head Start COLA and Quality Improvement Application totaling $207,072 for COLA and $46,031 for Quality Improvement.
Approve the FY 2022 Head Start Self Assessment Report.
Approve a ‘Master Teacher’ position on the Early Childhood Center Payscale.
Approve the purchase of 2022-23 Child Plus Software for $28,392.48 (1,325 licenses) for Head Start, Early Head Start, and GSRP utilization.
Approve the purchase of 250 Chromebooks from Sehi computers for the Muskegon County Virtual Academy (MCVA) in the amount of $97,402.50, which includes the Chromebook, insurance, Google licensing and a protective case.
