The Board President will acknowledge that she approved the remote participation of all board members in order to conduct the May 3, 2021 Special Meeting as a virtual meeting as permitted pursuant to the Muskegon County Board of Commissioner's extension of the Local State of Emergency through December 31, 2021, which allows Muskegon County public bodies to meet electronically under the Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.263a(1)(b)).
