Adopt a resolution setting forth the procedures for utilizing electronic participation by members of the Board of Education which were granted by an amendment to certain provisions of the Open Meetings Act pursuant to Senate Bill 1108.
Approve the Engagement Letter from Miller Johnson 
Adopt a resolution to impose a tax of 100% of school property taxes upon property located within the Muskegon Area Intermediate School District for the 2021 tax year. The levy will be restricted to areas in which a Summer Tax is concurrently being imposed by the local school district. 
Adopt a resolution to exempt all MAISD millage levies from the Charter Township of Fruitport Downtown Development Authority ("DDA").
Approve the appointment of Tracey Welsh, representing Timberland Charter Academy, to the MAISD Special Education Parent Advisory Committee.
Approve the appointment of Kimberly Purnell, representing Muskegon Heights Public School Academy System to the MAISD Special Education Parent Advisory Committee.
Approve the Memo of Understanding (MOU) between Clinton County Regional Educational Service Agency (CCRESA) for the project entitled Alt+Shift and the Muskegon Area Intermediate School District (MAISD) for the period October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021.
Approve the contract between MAISD/Wesley School and St. John's Health Care effective November 1, 2020 through June 11, 2021.
Approve the Employment of the Following Personnel:
Deborah Clark - Early Interventionist for MMSE as an ECSE Teacher
Approve the Following New Positions/Changes:
Data and Systems Specialist
Acknowledge the Retirement/Resignation/Layoff/Separation of the following personnel:
