6. Fix Board of Education Salaries - Policy #0152 states a salary of $30.00 per meeting for a maximum of 52 meetings per year. The Board should also determine if payment is on an annual or monthly basis.

7. Appointment of Board members to various committees
|
|
8. Select Depository and Authorize a Signature of Accounts - The Board of Education has named Range Bank, River Valley Bank (IncredibleBank), Honor Credit Union, Flag Star, and the Michigan Liquid Asset Fund as the official depositories for the Negaunee School District for the past year.
|
|
9. Check Signature Authorization - The Superintendent is designated as the authorized signature of accounts, with the Business Manager as a second signature. Other options are the prerogative of the Board of Education.
|
|
10. Appointment of Electronic Transfer Officer - The Business Manager has been appointed in previous years.
|
|
11. Set Time and Place of Meeting - This is to be determined annually by the Board of Education. Board Policy #0152 states that regular Board meetings shall be held at least once per month. Attached is a proposed calendar of 2021 meeting dates.

12. Designation of person for posting notices of meetings - The Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent may be designated for this duty through Board action.
|
|
13. Public comment, including call for parent/guardian comment on ECOL. Speakers are requested to limit their comments to five minutes.
|
|
14. *Consent Items: Approval to proceed on recommendations as written by the Superintendent. Any item may be taken off the consent list at the request of one.
