VII.F. APPROVAL OF RESPONSE FOR FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT APPEAL
Superintendent recommends that the Board of Education approve a response to FOIA denial.
Description:
Recommended motion for response as follows:
"Moved that the Board reverse in part and uphold in part the Freedom of Information Act Coordinator's denial of the March 8, 2013 Freedom of Information Act request by Mr. David Bailey and that the proposed letter from Kalamazoo RESA Superintendent, Mr. Ronald Fuller, to Mr. David Bailey denying in part and granting in part the appeal of the decision of the FOIA Coordinator be approved."
