8.4. Consider nominations for the ARCC Governance Board. Rock Ridge is included in Category 1 and may submit nominations and vote for the following two seats: Category 1 Superintendent (Mike Cary, Cloquet, currently holds this seat.) At-Large Finance/Accounting Representative (Kristi Borglund, Cromwell-Wright, currently holds this seat.) Both incumbents have indicated their willingness to serve another four-year term.

9. Closed session pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, subdivision 2(a)(3), for the purpose of discussing private educational data related to the proposed expulsion of a student.

10. Open session for the purpose of official action regarding proposed student expulsion.
