4.3. Approval to hire Garbriela Cardenas for the Paraprofessional (RRHS) position at a rate of $19.97/hour effective January 16, 2026.

4.4. Approval to hire Stephanie Hurley for the Paraprofessional (RRHS) position at a rate of $19.97/hour effective January 16, 2026. 

4.5. Approval of hire of Stefanie Urgo for the On-Call Event Support Specialist position at a rate of $25.00/hour effective January 26, 2026. 

4.6. Approval of hire of Paul Gregersen for the Spring Play Director position with a stipend of $3,278 for the 2025-2026 school year.

4.7. Approval of additional duty of LPN (RRHS) for Alexandria Roskoski at a rate of $25.10/hour effective January 28, 2026. 

4.8. Approval of additional duty for the following staff for the 2025-2026 school year: (Lunch Supervision, effective January 19, 2026, $1,513) Todd Ufford; (Overload - RRHS Counselor, effective January 5, 2026 - up to 12 weeks, hourly rate of pay based on daily rate of pay) Tessa Peterson, Lori Ismil, Tara Fierke, Elisa Boe. 

4.9. Approval of volunteer coaches for the 2025-2026 school year: (Speech) Jerald Burnes; (Alpine) Cherall Mann-Strub, Theresa Lauber; (Archery) Matthew Luoma, Matthew Herberg; (Boys Golf) Tyler Harvey.

4.10. Approval of unpaid leave of absence request for Dominique Little from May 14 - May 29, 2026. 

4.11. Acceptance of resignation of Gabriela Cardenas from the Paraprofessional position effective January 20, 2026.

4.12. Acceptance of resignation of Elisa Boe from the additional duty of Counselor overage effective January 26, 2026. 

4.13. Acceptance and appreciation of a donation in the amount of $250 from the Eveleth Masonic Lodge for the Laurentian Elementary Library - I Love To Read Month.

4.14. Acceptance and appreciation of a donation in the amount of $500 from the Eveleth Elks Lodge #1161 to support College In the Schools programming.

4.15. Acceptance and appreciation of a donation in the amount of $1,000 from the Eveleth Elks Lodge #1161 for the Laurentian Elementary Library - I Love To Read Month.

4.16. Approval for Kyle Hammer and Aimee Krebs to take students to the DECA International Career Development Conference April 25-28, 2026 in Atlanta, GA.
